Conditions of Participation of the contes

The competition starts now and ends on 6/15/22 12:00 p.m.

By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the following terms and conditions of participation.

A participant in the competition is the person who registers for the competition with their name and contact details.

Persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are entitled to participate. The participant agrees  with the participation  that photography or filming may be taken as part of this promotion and that these recordings may be used publicly. This includes the publication of images on the Internet and in the press.

 

Each participant may only participate once.

 

Winners will be determined within 12 hours following the end of the Entry Period. The winners are the participants who are determined by drawing lots from all participants.

The winners will be contacted by email. Winners must confirm acceptance of the prize by replying within 5 hours of receiving notification of the prize. If the winner does not confirm the prize, the prize will be forfeited and another participant will be determined as the winner by a new drawing of lots.

The profit claim is non-transferable. A cash payment, change or exchange of the prize is excluded.

The organizer is entitled to cancel the competition without prior notice and immediately for important reasons. The competition can also be discontinued due to force majeure or other legal reasons.
